Key Features:
The application has functions that permit a user to change thank-you screens, welcome screens, out of service screens, please wait screens, receipt header text, and receipt trailer text from a Web Interface. Additional functionality includes the ability to support ATM user controlled coupons and polls (question responses). Architecture also supports extensibility to “other” new transaction sets like pre paid long distance and tickets from a web interface.
Application has the ability to incorporate Graphic Images and Variable Content Tags in the ATM Screen and Receipt design. Support for associating Audio with ATM Screens is planned for 2005.
Product has a future potential for complete ATM load image management. [Planned for 2005]

Product is built as a web application that is 100% JAVA using J2EE standards with a MVC (Model View Controller) architecture
The concept of financial institution security is built into the application so that a financial institution may access and manage ONLY their ATM screens and receipts.
Product functions in a manner that allows the financial institution to be in complete control of when and how long a change will display. Users can log on at any time to see status of change and any statistics that were gathered as part of ATM users viewing the changed screens.
The product contains comprehensive online help functions that will assist the user in a self-help mode. Error conditions and problems are reported to the user through pop-up dialog boxes and on screen error messages.
Product has many edits points in user interface to prevent gross errors in making changes to the ATM screens and receipts.
Error logs are provided in log4j message format. Information about failures, and failure notifications are automated for Big Brother like monitoring systems. Audit logs are available in the Controller web module. Note: TEKchand can also integrate to other in-house monitoring systems.
Product architecture supports multiple Host gateways to the ATMRewards server.
Application has a powerful Tag Content Updation System that can automatically update ATM screen content based on a preset frequency (ex: Daily Weather, Hourly News, Weekly Bank Mortgage Rates).
Product is geared around processing ads (screen-receipt changes) to ATMs at all stages, from development to delivery to monitoring.
The product has on demand activity reports at the institution level and at the individual clerk (or “advertiser”) level. All ATM activity is saved in a database for customized reporting requirements.
The product can be interfaced to Customer’s central billing system.
