TEKchand LLC is a Chicago-based
ATM Software and Solution provider
with offices in Delhi, India and Toronto, Canada. The company
was founded in 1999 to provide a cost effective solution for
enabling content and new services on multi-vendor ATMs, without
requiring the cumbersome and expensive process of overhauling
ATM hardware or software. Today our flagship product, ATMRewards
Platform, is the best in class web-based system for the delivery
and management of advertising content and contextual marketing
on multi-vendor ATMs, including legacy OS/2 machines. Some
major ATM processors in North America deploy the platform.

The platform interfaces with the ATM Driving
Switch to enable real-time TEXTUAL content changes and 1-to-1 targeted
marketing on your entire multi-vendor ATM portfolio, including state-screen
based OS/2 ATMs. The platform interfaces directly with the ATM via
an ATM Agent provided by TEKchand to enable remote delivery of graphic
files and other multi-media content. Beyond simple ATM screen changes,
the application supports targeted coupons, interactive advertising
messages to collect customer responses, automated marketing messages,
ATM personalization, and more.
The platform enables your entire multi-vendor installed ATM base
(including the state-screen OS/2) to become a viable channel for
CRM, and for the efficient and real-time delivery of textual and
graphic marketing content, via a unified web interface. |
